Group lessons for skiing or snowboarding start on Monday.

For all group offers from the Mürren-Schilthorn Ski School, the registration deadline is the day before the course starts (see opening hours). If the desired groups are not fully booked, registration is still possible on the day of the course.

Private lessons can be booked in advance or on the day of the course, depending on the availability of snow sports instructors.

There is no guarantee of availability for group or private lessons.

We recommend booking lessons in advance.

Meeting-Points:

Free cancellation or changes to bookings are possible up to 7 days before the course begins and must be confirmed by the Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn. For changes and cancellations 7-4 days before the course begins, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations/changes less than 3 days before the course begins, the full rate will be charged.

Lessons take place in all weather conditions! In the event of bad weather and/or poor snow conditions, there is no entitlement to a refund, change/rebooking of lessons or compensation. If official measures, force majeure, exceptional weather or snow conditions, closure of the mountain railways or safety reasons make it impossible to hold the course, the Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn may cancel the lessons. Guests will be notified of cancellations immediately. In the event of cancellation due to the circumstances described above, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fees.

In the event of accident/illness or other impediment, the guest shall bear the costs. We recommend taking out private travel insurance.

If a lesson has to be canceled by the Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn due to the absence of teaching staff, the course fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

If the minimum number of participants for a course per snow sports equipment, age category/skiing level is not reached during the week, the Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn reserves the right to combine groups, shorten the course or cancel it. If the course is cancelled, the course fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

If the lesson has to be terminated due to the guest’s lack of fitness or unsuitable equipment, there is no entitlement to reimbursement.

Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participants. No responsibility is accepted for accidents. The Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn advises all guests to take out accident and health insurance prior to course begin.

Children are divided into groups according to information provided by parents and any already completed lessons to date (Swiss Snow League booklet). The Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn accepts no responsibility for incorrect group allocation and reserves the right to reallocate incorrectly assigned children.

Ski School tickets are non-transferrable. There will be no reimbursement for unused tickets/coupons.

Unused course days (due to illness or personal reasons) cannot be transferred to other days. The general cancellation conditions apply.

The Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn reserves the right to use photos and videos created during the lessons for press and public relations as well as for website and social media.

The Swiss Ski School Mürren-Schilthorn declines all liability for accidents suffered during tuition or competition.

The Ski School is not liable for any individual agreements made between a guest and a winter sports instructor.

We accept payment in cash (CHF) and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Postcard).

The sole place of jurisdiction is Interlaken. Swiss law applies in the event of any dispute.
